December is going to be a busy month! There are a few private events, but still lots of chances to see me perform live holiday music, which of course includes some quirky original tunes. I’ve also added a bunch of new modern Christmas tunes…fun stuff to do with my looper pedal. The closer to Christmas, the more holiday tunes I’ll be injecting into the set list.

Drop me a note if you want to hear anything special; I do love learning new ones.  Here are some shows where I’m performing live Christmas music around the Calgary area:

• Airdrie Inspire Cultural Centre: Dec 2 (evening) – This is a lovely new venue – and I’ll be doing quite a long show. It’s an open house so there’s no charge to attend.
• Kananaskis Lodge: Dec 2 and 27th – I’ll be performing at a new lounge – the Black Diamond Lounge, and then doing acoustic fireside shows in the lobby. 
• Cornerstone Cafe (in SE Calgary): Dec 19 at 7 pm. This one’s a real listening show – lots of fun stories and Christmas tales…I highly recommend you get your tickets ASAP as the venue is quite small and intimate.

Other than that, if you end up in the Calgary Remand Centre, you might see me there for free :). John Prine’s “Christmas in Prison” is a favourite; and they always like to hear Johnny Cash.
