What can I say about the CD Show?!! Best show of my life?!  YESSSS!!  I am still in la la land –   I had never before rented hall and produced a show – and I really couldn’t believe everyone was there FOR THE SHOW  – and EVERYONE LISTENED so amazingly all night.  I have also never  been so OVERSOLD on seating….I actually never got a count of the numbers everyone was coming in so fast – we didn’t realize there would be so many people and we really got caught by surprise!! So, thank you having patience with the very tight seating arrangements and for cozying in together!!  But AHHH wasn’t it a gorgeous room, and a wonderful night??!

That said,  I have a couple favours to ask you!

1)  VIDEOS/PHOTOS ANYONE??  Gary was so swamped running for beer,  doing sound, and trying to catch people at the door that he didn’t have a chance to get our video camera running for the show! So, we got virtually no video of the evening (except when I asked Han to videotape one song near the end of the show because actually we had hired Han just to shoot stills that night!)   SOO, if you have any good photos (thanks Brian Purdy, for sending yours already!) or VIDEOS you can send me we would be thrilled to get them.  LUCKILY we did get a little, hand-held video from Pat’s family (Pat is the woman with the horse, Savannah, for whom I wrote Savannah’s song: CLICK HERE to view) but if anyone has any other photos or videos – I WOULD LOVE THEM!!

2)  I was also so busy I didn’t get a chance to get my guests to sign the GUEST BOOK:  I WOULD LOVE YOUR COMMENTS about the show here on my blog.  And if you’ve not signed up for my fan list (so you receive all the emails etc. – please do so above!).

THANK YOU TREMENDOUSLY to my awesome band, all the volunteers (like Gillian & Laryssa, Stacey, Marie & Ernie, Joe & Barbara, Tony & Lesley, Bonnie, and especially my hubby Gary and son George) and to EVERYONE THAT CAME, LISTENED, APPLAUDED, AND MADE ME FEEL BETTER THAN A MILLION DOLLARS.  Love you from the bottom of my RED HOT CANDY HEART!!
