>>>  Jacquie Drew SOLO SHOW: Thursday Oct 21:  7:00pm Village Cantina 1413 – 9 Ave SE in Inglewood.(403) 265-5739 to reserve seats.  No cover.  A cool little tropically-themed restaurant in Inglewood – excellent Mexican food.  I’m going to give a little, intimate songwriter-y show,  playing solo on guitar/harmonica.

>>> Jacquie Drew & THE CREW:  Friday, Oct 22: 900pm – 11:30pm  at the Dog & Duck Pub 5340 – 2 Street SW (east off Macleod off 53 Ave).  No cover.   WHEW!! After all the rehearsing for the CD Release show, the band is going to cut loose and just have a good time this Friday – the D & D is an really relaxed living-room feeling cozy pub, built in an old house.  We also want to make this a regular place where we can try out new tunes, and take over the place once a month or so – so we need you to come out and support it – and eat/drink there…. Great food, great owners (John and his mother Marianne run the place) – and it’s got its own resident barfly Darrell – who I’ve NEVER seen NOT attend.  He’s about 5’8 with sandy hair, a moustache, a ballcap, and usually a denim jacket – and he always sits on the bar stool second from the left end at the bar….I think all of you who come should smack him on the back and say HI DARRELL as you come in ha ha!!
