It was a wonderful Christmas party at Brian Purdy’s Saturday night. Brian’s friends were a very attentive group, all cozied up around the fireplace, and all enjoying the completely acoustic performance. It was a great, informal way to do a show because we could all just sit and talk – play a few songs, tell stories and jokes, play a few more songs, etc., and we all had a ball! Several said it was one of the best parties they’d ever attended. And as a bonus to me, everyone there bought at least one of my CD’s, which was a really pleasant surprise. Anyway, I’d love to do more gigs like this, so if you’re planning a private party at your home (or elsewhere) do give me a call!
